Rachel started her media career ten years ago as
a production assistant for a local TV channel in Wellington, New
Zealand, and has since shown her talent and versatility as a
produce, presenter, publicist and editor. Earlier this year, Rachel became the main presenter for Clubdtv, one of the UK's fastest growing on line television stations. She presents their flagship programme Rock This Party, and has made a real impact on the channels audience: Hits to the website have sky rocketed to over 610,000 each month. Rachel is also currently filming a pilot episode of 'Rachel and Ripley' a spoof comedy show which she developed with Deep Water Films. A talented writer, Rachel has worked in the publicity department of the BBC for almost five years. She is one half of the creative team behind Jandal Prints on the Globe - a collection of short stories by New Zealanders travelling the world. The book has its international launch in November 2007 and distribution has already been confirmed to the United States, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Rachel's experience in front of the camera is already considerable-completed projects range from The Food Doctor DVD, Charlotte Church's music video Even God, to the international award winning film Ginger and Cinnamon - but we know the best is yet to come!
